1 · Who we are

BH Labs NYC, LLC ("BH Labs," "we," "us") is a New York limited liability company operating a private research-and-development studio — an invention think-tank exploring AI orchestration, sensing, wellbeing instrumentation, and creative technology. Our mailing address is 245 8th Ave, PO Box 252, New York, NY 10011. We are located in Chelsea, New York.

2 · What these terms cover

These terms govern BH Labs' experimental software, applications, and integrations — including internal tools, prototypes, and connections to third-party services and devices (for example, wearable-data APIs) — collectively, the "Lab Tools."

The Lab Tools are experimentation-only. They are private research instruments built for use by BH Labs and its own members and collaborators. They are not a commercial product, are not offered for sale, and are not available as a public service. Nothing here creates a service relationship with the general public.

3 · Sovereign by design — how we handle data

• Personal data stays on our own hardware. Data retrieved by the Lab Tools (including health, activity, and biometric data from connected devices) is stored and processed locally, on infrastructure we own and control.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal data to third parties. No advertising, no analytics resellers, no data brokers — ever.
• Access is consent-based and revocable. Third-party integrations (such as wearable APIs) are authorized by the account holder through the provider's own consent flow, and that consent can be revoked at the provider at any time.
• Least privilege. We request only the scopes an experiment actually needs, and we review and remove connections that are no longer in use.

4 · Third-party services

Lab Tools may connect to third-party APIs and devices (e.g., wearable-data platforms). Those services belong to their providers and are governed by the providers' own terms and privacy policies. We access them only with authorization, and we do not redistribute their data.

5 · No medical advice

Lab Tools that touch health, wellness, or biometric data are research and self-knowledge instruments, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing they produce is medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

6 · Experimental — no warranties

The Lab Tools are prototypes, provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. They may change, break, pause, or be retired at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BH Labs disclaims all liability arising from experimental use of the Lab Tools.

7 · Acceptable use

The Lab Tools may be used only by authorized members and collaborators of BH Labs, only for lawful research and creative purposes, and never to harvest, expose, or misuse another person's data.

8 · Intellectual property

The Lab Tools, their designs, and their outputs are the property of BH Labs NYC, LLC or its licensors. These terms grant no license to any BH Labs or Blossom House name, mark, or work.

9 · Changes

We may revise these terms as the lab evolves. The current version, with its effective date, lives at this page.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

A sovereign lab: the experiments are bold, the perimeter is bounded, and the data stays home. The room is always listening — only to us.
